Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy. You will work directly with children with autism to help them achieve important goals while receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification – already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
