Job summary

Advanceable ABA VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, part-time roles in Woodbridge, Springfield and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA therapy and tracking progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, support for RBT certification and paths for clinical growth. Afternoon and after-school sessions are available; 15–25+ hours weekly depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or provider aid to certification
• Strong communication with families and clinical team
• Patience and professionalism in home-based settings
• Reliable transportation to client homes across the area

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement
• Track progress with session data and notes
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
• Participate in BCBA supervision and training
• Engage actively with children during sessions
