Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Roanoke, VA seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and families. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with potential travel to multiple locations. Flexible hours and a supportive team help you balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must have a valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned
