Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Lynchburg, VA and surrounding areas for in-home ABA therapy. This part-time role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for clinical growth.

You will work 1:1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social, and daily-living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Reliable transportation and a passion for helping kids are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or we will support path to certification.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and data tracking.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
• Attend BCBA supervision and training.
• Maintain engagement during sessions with active participation.
