Advanceable ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the Brambleton/Dulles area. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing personalized ABA plans under a BCBA. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

The role provides in-home services, ongoing BCBA supervision, paid training, and potential for career advancement within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, with support for certification if needed.
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with each child.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active during sessions with varied activities.
