Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Waynesboro and surrounding areas. This is a home-based, 1:1 role with flexible part-time or full-time hours.

You'll work under a BCBA supervision, help children build communication and daily-living skills, and track progress with accurate session notes. Competitive pay $23-$29/hr, paid training, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required; we’ll support certification.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• 1+ year experience with kids or special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes in Waynesboro area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions; weekends as needed.
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active during sessions with children (movement, play).
