Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Manassas and surrounding areas for in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay between $23 and $29, paid training, PTO, and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification or committed path to certification
1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
Track progress with session data and clinical notes
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
Stay engaged during sessions with children
