Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy across Windsor and surrounding areas. This is a part-time, flexible schedule role offering $21-$25 per hour and opportunities for growth under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA services under the guidance of a BCBA, helping children develop communication, social, play, and daily-living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or a path to certification with company support.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.
• Track progress through accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions with children.
