Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy. This home-based role offers flexible scheduling and both part-time and full-time options. Earn $21–$25 per hour and receive paid training, PTO, and support for RBT certification.

Join a clinical team focused on helping children with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills while receiving ongoing BCBA supervision and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or we will support your path to certification.
• Candidates should have strong communication, patience and professionalism.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team and participate in supervision.
