Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated part-time RBTs in Rocklin, CA. You will work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings, delivering structured, play-based sessions lasting 2–3 hours.

Availability from afternoon to evening is required. Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed plans, collecting progress data, and communicating with families.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
