Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in home, clinic, or school settings, typically 2–3 hours per session, with caseloads matched to your availability and age group preferences.

We provide structured play-based activities, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth, including mentorship and pathways to advanced roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• If not currently certified, complete a 40-hour RBT training prior to employment.
• Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT during employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Background check and immunization requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision.
