Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Woburn, MA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient rehab, delivering services in in-home and facility settings with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and team meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adheres to department schedules and completes timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to implement patient-specific programs and activities.
• Acts as an assistant to the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in home exercise programs under supervision.
• Maintains documentation for all patients treated.
• Maintains and reports equipment needs and repairs.
