Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. Visits last about 45 minutes and include history review, physical exam, and optional tests when ordered by health plans.

Clinicians join a national network dedicated to better health outcomes, visiting members in their homes and providing connections to appropriate care. Travel locally to licensed states is required, with virtual visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
• Part-time clinician role requiring in-home visits.

• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
