Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Part Time Physician to perform In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with patients in their homes. Primary duties include history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests as ordered by health plans. Visits are around 45 minutes.

The role supports nationwide coverage with local travel and virtual visits as needed. Part-time schedule offers select benefits and malpractice coverage during Signify Health activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
