Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in‑home health evaluations. The position involves visiting members in their homes, performing reviews, physical examinations, and tests as directed by health plans.

You will travel locally to licensed states and may conduct virtual visits as needed. The role offers part-time hours (29.5 weekly) with a range of benefits for eligible employees; a supportive clinical team and a patient-centered, home-based care model

Qualifications

• MDs and DOs with active, unrestricted licenses in coverage area(s)
• Multi-state licenses preferred

Responsibilities

• Bring heart to each home visit and connect with members one-on-one
• Perform in-home health evaluations including history review, physical exam, and relevant tests as ordered by health plan
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed and conduct virtual visits when required
