Qualifications

• PTA license issued by Texas Board of Physical Therapy; active and in good standing.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a patient home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments under supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Monitor progress and report changes to supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and timely.
