Job summary

Varco Home Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a PRN home health role. You will provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, guiding exercises and safety, and documenting progress. The position offers flexibility and meaningful patient-focused care.

Ideal candidates have a Texas PTA license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation. Home health experience is preferred, and EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
