Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for older adults, in Bedford and Manchester, NH. The role supports a flexible schedule across multiple settings, including SNF/ALF/ILF and outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as PTA in NH.
• Driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care conferences as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules, and complete timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to implement programs suited to each patient.
• Assist the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instruct patients and families in treatment techniques under supervision of the PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patients treated.
