Powerback Rehabilitation To You in Bedford and Manchester, NH is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient rehabilitation in the patient’s home. The role supports older adults, providing PT services in the home or in living facilities, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

You will collaborate with the rehab team, document care, and participate in patient-focused care. We offer a mentorship program for new grads, free CEUs, visa sponsorship options, relocation

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with rehab team to implement patient-specific programs.
• Assists PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in exercises and home programs.
• Maintains timely documentation and reports equipment needs.
