PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehab to older adults in Bedford, NH and surrounding areas. This full-time role emphasizes flexible scheduling, office with a view, and strong support for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Supervise PT Assistants and other trainees as per licensure.
• Adhere to patient treatment schedules, complete documentation and attend related meetings.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Promote safety and health in the home and community.
