Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient and in-home rehabilitation services across Manchester, NH, including visits to private homes and independent living facilities. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and collaborative care planning.

The position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and visa support as part of our national program. Experience in geriatrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience acceptable.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home and in-home settings for older adults.
• Develop and deliver PT programs, assess needs, and refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Supervise PT assistants and students when applicable; ensure adherence to licensure requirements.
• Maintain timely documentation and treatment schedules; participate in care conferences.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safe home mobility.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice

PT degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as US equivalent
