Powerback Rehabilitation To You seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient rehab in patients' homes or in independent living facilities, mainly for older adults in Salem, NH. You’ll evaluate and treat under a licensed PT, with a flexible schedule in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings under the supervision of the licensed PT.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to implement patient-centered programs.
• Assists PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and families in therapy techniques under PT supervision.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Cleans, maintains, and reports needs for equipment maintenance.
