Job summary

Responsibilities include hands-on PT treatments, patient and caregiver instruction, and coordinating with the rehab team. Must maintain timely documentation and drive to patients' residences in California.

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings under the direction of the physical therapist.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes timely documentation.
• Works with rehab team to implement patient programs.

• Maintains documentation for all patients treated.
• Performs treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
