Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in in-home settings for older adults. You will implement OT programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and participate in flexible scheduling across patient homes or independent living facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible for licensure.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Attend patient care and meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adhere to treatment schedules and complete timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop patient-centered programs.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation for all patients.
• Identify and report equipment repair needs.
