Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults. The role supports the Physical Therapist in evaluation and treatment in the patient's home, offering a flexible schedule and diverse settings.

The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and document care and outcomes under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice or license eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes timely documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Assists the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in treatment techniques under supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation for all patients treated.
• Maintains and reports on equipment condition and needed repairs.
• Delivers individualized PT treatments including exercise, functional training, manual therapy and modalities.
