Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adheres to treatment schedule and complete documentation.
• Collaborates with the rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Assists the physical therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Educates patients and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients.
