Access Personal Care Services, part of Optum, seeks a Per Diem Personal Care Assistant to provide in-home support, personal hygiene, and household tasks to help clients remain in their own homes. Qualificações

• Current CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet clients' needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, mobility assets, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Performs household tasks essential to personal care and accompanies clients to appointments or for errands.
• Measures and records vital signs as ordered and prepares meals according to dietary needs.
