Access Personal Care Services, part of the Optum family, seeks Per Diem Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance. Compensation ranges hourly from $13.00 to $20.00, based on full-time employment factors and location.

Responsibilities include hygiene support, meal prep, accompanying clients to appointments, and ensuring a safe home environment with appropriate equipment usage. CPR certification preferred; 6+ months home care experience encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
• CPR certification preferred; can complete within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet client demands.

Aufgaben

• Provides or assists with activities of daily living including bathing, hair, teeth, nail care, skin care, transfers and ambulation.
• Assists with household tasks essential to client care and accompanies client to appointments or errands.
• Measures and records vital signs when ordered within training limits.
• Prepares meals per client dietary needs and may assist with feeding.
• Ensures a clean, safe home environment and proper use of equipment.
