Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric Physical Therapy services across El Paso and surrounding areas.

The role focuses on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for pediatric patients through one-on-one therapy, with options for full-time or part-time schedules and opportunities for mentorship, training, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA)
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs
• Document all care and services in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
