Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients (PT)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (PTA)
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs
• Document all care and services in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
