Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Lubbock, TX is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to deliver in-home pediatric physical therapy services. This role offers one-on-one patient care with flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, educate families, and coordinate with physicians to support mobility, independence, and quality of life for medically fragile children.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred: 1+ year of pediatric or home health PT experience

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA)
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
