Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric Physical Therapy services in Jacksonville, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualified candidates hold an active TX PT or PTA license, CPR certification, and preferably 1+ year of pediatric or home health PT experience. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license (TX)
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred: 1+ year pediatric or home health PT experience

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based in-home pediatric Physical Therapy to children
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans for PT or PTA
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs
• Document care in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance
