Qualifications

• Active PT or PTA license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric PT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (Physical Therapist / PT).
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence under supervision (PTA).
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
