Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home services for pediatric patients in El Paso, TX and surrounding areas. This role focuses on one-on-one care to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of pediatric or home health PT experience.
• Experience working with medically complex children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (PT).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (PTA).
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover and home exercise programs.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
• Document all care and services in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
