Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks a Home Training PD Registered Nurse to evaluate and train patients, care partners and families for the home dialysis program, ensuring privacy, dignity and safety in a clinical setting.

The role requires a current RN license, 12 months of nursing experience, PD or home dialysis training, BLS and CPR certification, and strong communication to teach and supervise staff and patients. Experience with dialysis access maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• 12 months of nursing experience.
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis and maintenance of dialysis access.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
