Qualifications

- Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
- Documented training/experience in peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis preferred.
- BLS certification required; CPR certification current.

- Evaluates, trains, and provides support to the dialysis facility’s home patients, care partners, and families.
- Maintains patient rights and a privacy, dignity, and well-being atmosphere in a safe environment.
- Applies knowledge of dialysis procedures and clinical judgment for care of dialysis patients.
