Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse to support dialysis patients at home. You will evaluate patients and train care partners, ensuring safe, dignified care for families in a compliant home setting.

Requirements include an RN license in the state, ADN/BSN (or diploma substitution), current BLS/CPR, and prior dialysis nursing experience; a sign-on bonus up to $7,000 is available based on experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, train, and provide support to home dialysis patients, care partners, and families.
• Ensure an atmosphere that respects patient rights, privacy, dignity, and well‑being in a safe environment.
• Apply knowledge of dialysis procedures and judgment to care for the patient.
