Job summary
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse to evaluate, train, and support home dialysis patients, care partners, and families in a clinical setting. You will uphold patient privacy, dignity, and safety while applying dialysis knowledge.
The role requires current RN licensure, BLS and CPR certifications, and nursing experience with peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis. Supervisory or teaching experience is preferred, with a strong focus on patient education and care
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience; an additional 3 months in the specified modality may be required by state regulations.
- Training/experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis with maintenance of dialysis access.
- BLS and CPR certifications.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures; communicate effectively with patients and staff.
