Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse in Louisville, KY to evaluate, train, and support dialysis patients at home and with their care partners. You will ensure patient rights, privacy, and safety, and apply dialysis knowledge to manage home-based therapies.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS and CPR, 12 months nursing experience, plus training in peritoneal or home hemodialysis. Supervisory/teaching experience is a plus, with a strong patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Registered RN with current state licensure.
Twelve months of nursing experience.
Meets state licensure requirements.
Three additional months in the dialysis modality may apply per state regulations.
Training/experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis and maintenance of dialysis access.
Basic training certificates if less than one year in this modality.
Supervisory and teaching experience preferred.
BLS certification and CPR certification are required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
