Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for mobile outpatient services in Danvers, MA. The role focuses on in-home evaluations and therapy for older adults in private residences and community living facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field with applicable additional degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in the in-home setting for older adults.
• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs.
• Supervise PTAs and manage patient documentation and scheduling.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety in mobility.
