Job summary
PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient care for older adults in Andover, MA. The role offers a salaried opportunity and a $5,000 bonus, with travel across communities as needed.
You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized physical therapy plans, supervise aides, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes in home and community settings.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or PT-related field; or Bachelor’s + 5 years progressive PT experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home settings for older adults.
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver PT programs to restore function.
- Supervise PT aides, students, and temporary licensees as allowed by licensure.
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in care planning with other disciplines.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety at home.
- Incorporate health and wellness into treatment plans.
