PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time mobile outpatient therapy, delivering in-home rehabilitation to older adults across Stoneham to Revere, MA. The role includes evaluating and treating patients in homes or in assisted living settings, and creating customized therapy plans in coordination with the rehab team.

The position is salaried with benefits, mentorship, CEU opportunities and visa sponsorship options. A $5,000 bonus is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s with 5 years PT experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home settings for older adults.
• Develop and deliver individualized PT programs to restore function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and students per licensure requirements.
