Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for mobile outpatient in the Saugus, MA area. The role involves in-home and facility-based outpatient services with a focus on restoring function for older adults.

We offer a posted salary range of USD 79,000 to 110,000 per year, plus a USD 5,000 bonus and benefits. The position may include visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT field plus Bachelor’s in PT; or Bachelor’s with 5 years PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home or facility settings.
• Develop and deliver individualized PT programs to promote rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and mobility.
• Supervise PT assistants and support staff as required by state licensure.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to treatment schedules and meetings.
