Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults in the East Longmeadow/Springfield area. The role supports a wide range of settings, with a salaried opportunity and a $5,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s in PT-related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in the patient’s home or in facilities.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel per licensure.
• Adhere to scheduling, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Promote safety, patient education, and home-based mobility.
• Order supplies and equipment as needed.
