Job summary
Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and community-based OT services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. You will evaluate functional performance, create person-centered plans, and deliver interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, sensory processing, fine motor skills, and community participation.

Qualifications
- Current New Jersey OT license issued by the NJ State Board.
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
- NBCOT certification preferred; required for new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP.
- Deliver one-on-one OT services in home and community settings.
- Document services per DDD standards and within required timeframes.
- Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and interdisciplinary team.
- Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
