Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and community-based OT services to adults with developmental disabilities. You will evaluate functional performance, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver interventions to maximize independence in daily living, sensory processing, and motor skills.

This per diem/contract role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and supportive clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current NJ OT license required.
• ACOTE-accredited OT program completion.
• NBCOT certification preferred; required for new graduates.

Responsabilités

• Conduct home and community-based OT evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP goals.
• Deliver one-on-one OT sessions in homes/settings.
• Document progress and outcomes per DDD standards.
• Collaborate with coordinators, families, and care teams.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs.
• Maintain billing records per DDD rates.
