Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home and community-based OT services for adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The OT will evaluate functional performance, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver interventions to maximize independence in daily living skills and community participation.

• Current NJ license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification preferred; required for new graduates.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy in homes and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards with timely notes and outcomes.
