Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid OT license in the state of practice or license eligibility.
• Must have reliable transportation to patients' homes or residences.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedule and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop patient programs.
• Instruct patients and families in OT techniques under supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Identify and report equipment needs and perform maintenance as necessary.
• Deliver individualized OT interventions across areas such as mobility, balance, ADLs, and safety.
