Job summary

Scylla Solutions LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation in in-home settings for older adults, either in private residences or in independent living facilities. The OT will evaluate, treat, and promote functional independence, tailoring plans of care to home environments.

The role emphasizes adaptive activities, collaboration with families and care teams, and flexible scheduling across varied settings to best support patient rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state or have proof of license eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OT Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per state requirements.
• Adhere to treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences and other related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Adapt plans of care based on individual patient needs.
• Ensure safe environment and maintain equipment as needed.
