Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patient’s residence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support personnel.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedules and clinical documentation.
• Consult with rehabilitation team members on patient care.
• Evaluate patients to establish diagnoses and treatment plans.
