Scylla Solutions LLC is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in home settings. This role involves evaluating and treating older adults, organizing therapy programs, and ensuring a safe and effective environment for patients.

The Occupational Therapist will supervise assistants, adhere to treatment schedules, and consult with the rehab team. A valid Occupational Therapy license and a driver’s license are required. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and work environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patient’s residence.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support personnel.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedules and clinical documentation.
• Consult with rehabilitation team members on patient care.
• Evaluate patients to establish diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans and document services.
